UPDATE: Problem SOLVED. Fixed the leak, but problem was not fixed. I'm thinking maybe the leak made the valve to go bad, so it had to be fixed anyways. Received the new valve from Coleman hanna, and just changed the diaphragm and spring, and problem still there. Changed the entire valve, and...

Thanks Greg, I do have a small leak right after this solenoid valve before it gets to the white pvc pipe which goes to the bay(see pics), however how can that create and issue when the valve supposed to be Normally Closed? Is that strong enough to open it?

Spot free continues to come out long after a car goes through. Could this be due to a bad solenoid?

Hi there, my triple shine/wax hydrominder has these turtle wax mixing block (see pic) but cant find them anywhere, what do you recommend to replace them with? Thanks alot.

UPDATE: Changed the Input Card today and after 20-30 cars no issue. No more Error 100, no more Backup, no more boom not dropping. We did keep getting error68 which was due to a loose wire in the junction box on the passenger side. It was so loose that as soon as we open the junction box door...

Received the input card and going to change tomorrow. Sometime when everything looks normal on PLC and machine works normal, we get error68 and boom wont come down in the front, is that due to a bad input card aswell since its also on the same card. Wondering if i got multiple issues now.

The machine started working normal again, so here is the PLC input on the Lion when things are normal and when abnormal. While in both cases the input card 2008 on Gantry has 0 (measurement eye) as On.

Thanks for the tip. Ebay got super cheap one like $100 vs $800 coleman is selling but they come from Chinna and it take 2 weeks. This time im in a pinch so i rush order from coleman hanna but will buy spare from ebay for future.

Changed the measurement eyes with the long cable and the same issue which is the machine says Backup as soon as wash starts. Noticed while light 0 is on on input card 2008, the PLC input on the Lion, says its off. Pls see the pic. So somewhere between the gantry and the lion I got a disconnect...

Problem back already, noticed sometime error100 pops up right away, sometimes everything good for few seconds and then while no error on display it says backup on the gantry.

thanks until I find the relay to replace it, I just removed and see a small rust on one of the legs, also small rust on one of the wires going to the base. Cleaned all that with contact cleaner and no more error right away. So lets see what happens the rest of the day. I will change the relay...

We are now getting error 76 after pressing Reset so many times, pls see the pic, what does this mean? Is it this blue relay? Can I clean this relay with contact cleaner spray?
