Monex Tap&wash not connecting to cp900 coin acceptor

Hi all, we just installed tap&wash by monex and it works great on all other four bays expect for one bay. Changed coin acceptor, PBC board, but no luck. Now thinking maybe its the DTI which is made by Hamilton. Have you seen similar problem? I can tap and my card is charged but no time starts. The tap machine is ok as well since it works in other bays. All my bays got dti-b 13.5 except for this bay which is 13.6, is that why? Is something wrong with the DTI? Please see the pictures.

Update: problem fixed.
We came to know that we can either get the coin acceptor working OR the tap machine, not both. So we added a relay so when either works sends a signal. It seems like the sgnal from coin acceptor was 12v while tap 5v ( or the other way around) and DTI wouldn’t get it.
