I do not have a softener for my self serve bays. That could be the issue

Does anyone know where i could pick up a few of these red chains and the chain motors for my hoppers? Not sure if there are after market chains out there or not.

It was hooked up to the soap tank .. yes it was for the self serve bays. There want a filter on the heater and i feel like that could have had something to do with it.

Im looking for a Tankless water heater for my IBA Razor. I had a RINNNAI RCU98i in the past. It lasted about 5 years, I was using it for my SS bays. It was a 11GPM and 199k BTU heater. attached is a picture of my old one. If anyone has anything that they feel is better built please let me know.

I use Blinks as well... But it doesn't alert you when the changer goes down does it? Do you just randomly look at the camera to see if the red light is on?

The emails were dated Sept. 21st with the Great Lakes, Mid. Atlantic and Eastern Sales rep with Hamilton. I assume my WW rep ordered the Razor and the Commander at the same time.

I just called today. I have a razor that's being installed and I was told yesterday there was a 16 week lead time. What a disappointment to have all this money in my new IBA and have to wait another 16 weeks to start making any thing off it.
