I have attached the system manual. Look at the bottom of page 7 for details on time adjustment. I'm running ultra chemicals so what works for me may be different. I would go up two to three sizes and start there. You can always pour some straight into the tank for testing.
The tips for the...
I just went through a similar issue with my new Ginsan TF unit. Only two colors were working and it was very watery. Waxman is spot on with the strength of chemicals. I increased mine and the liquid pressure and the foam came flying out. Next, I found one of solenoids was plugged with debris. I...
He lives in AZ. can fab up anything you want. I based my footprint off of the standard carwash trash can half-round top seen on Kleenrite. Nice guy and is flexible. Mine are all stainless steel construction with a unique lock. He has the plans. But yours are different. May need to customize...
I solved this problem months ago. Make the can tops bear-proof. My wash has never been so clean. No more trash diggers. They don't even stop by anymore. Best investment I've made.
In my case, it's been a blessing. Six years ago, I bought an old wash that was in bad shape. Since then, I've upgraded everything, revenue is up 125%, and now find myself all out of projects. I still have the Groundhog Day moments.... But it allowed me to retire from the corporate world of 35...
For perspective, today I paid $13 bucks at Arbys for a meal deal. On my way back to my car wash I was thinking about my prices as well. Times have changed. Don't short yourself....
I have four new hose units and two lightly used units up for sale. Six total. They did not work out for me at my wash for my customers. Ready to ship via USPS if it fits ship's box. New $40.00 each. Ships to you for $ 180.00.
I have a four-bay and kept buying cheap warehouse units. They would last a year and give out. I purchased a Rolair and it's been going strong for two years. Mines 115V.

I had this same issue when I refurbished my wash in 2018. I am also two hours away from my wash and was heading over every 3 days. Not good. Credit cards took the pressure off the vaults and increased my revenue very nicely. Now I only go over once a week. Nice problem to have I must say.
I was having the same issues years ago. I did a quick test and added a 1/4 cup of raw chemical to the tank to confirm it was my mixture. Curls of thick foam came out. I increased my tip size and it's been fine ever since.
I had an idea while traveling through Yellowstone seeing bear-proof trash cans all over the place. Why not build some for my self-serve wash. I've had issues with people digging for cans, spreading trash, and pouring out old soda cans all over my floors. It's been 3 weeks since installing these...
At my wash, I have the privilege to have them right across the street from my wash. The captain gave me his cell number. I can call him anytime. I've often seen things on cameras, called it in, and watched it unfold on the live feed. I know I'm one of the lucky ones. You must get to know them...
We also use Cryptopay with swipers and Tap. The overall system is easy to use and have never had a problem for 5 years now. The reporting tools are simple but very powerful.
The only chemical I use that has worked is 596-B Aluminum brightener. It costs about $75 bucks for 5 gallons. Makes my dirty vinyl very white. The key is not to let it get too bad. Always wear proper protection as well.
