don't own one, but i heard broken shafts, belts, and lots of maintenance. your distributor should be able to hook you up with owners throughout the u.s. who have owned the odyssey more than a year, if not, i would seriously question the machine. luck to you. mel

i haven't used american changer to process cc transactions, however, when i switched i gave my merchant statement to the new merchant and asked them how much they could save me in fees. keep us posted. mel
