What grade stainless is the Parker valve you are useing you may have to go to a higher grade stainless or a different type valve .
What is failing on the Parker, the seat, the needle, the body, the threads??
Bill, Here is a site where you can find a valve you might use, it also has a chemical resistant material chart to tell what is best material for your chemical being used
These are very good valves I have used them a lot in my other life many years ago.
I think I would try a different chemical or at least cut back on acid. You can clean without high acid that damages everything including your automatic, walls, floors tubing, equipment and hopefully not customer cars.
