Is there a way we can disable or change the coin insert timer for the 1034s swipe & clean? Customer puts in 3 quarters and goes to car to get another quarter, by time customer gets back it clears out the coins !!! Hope i explain that clearly..

I just put in some vacs that use the 1034 R timers and had a customer complain of the same thing. Funny thing is that I thought they were lying. I gave them the money anyway, but good to know that it is an actual issue.
My 1034S does the same thing but I think it takes a full minute or two to clear. Plenty of time to find more quarters or even go to the changer. It might depend on the version software you have. You should call B&C Electronics and ask them if it varies from version to version.
