Now I know we watch our surveillance cameras more these days then before and we see some really funny and downright ignorant behavior from our customers from time to time, we have got to have some good stories to tell I'm sure some of these will make it to the SSCWN.

A local tire company tried to take one of their 1 ton service trucks through a automatic bay. He had the tire inflation cage standing up in the back and tore the high clearance bar down trying to enter the wash. $325 later it was replaced by the tire store. 6 months later the same truck at the same wash repeated his goof up. $325 again for replacement.
One guy thought he did not get enough time for his money so he decided to steal the spray gun. While doing it he looked at the HD camera several times and left. Police had the spray wand back in under 1 hour and the guy in jail.

In the last year or so had about 6 people get their wipers damaged swearing up, down and sideways the wipers were off... until I told them and e-mailed videos showing wipers were on. Still, some claimed they were off. Apparently they were unaware they had rain sensing wipers.

This was a guy at 2 AM that decided he wanted to take a shower I guess?? Paid for a wash and all. Thankfully the wash was smart enough not to damage him!!

I also had a service truck go through and rip half the auto out. And a guy in a van opened his door to spit as the machine was returning to the front. I didnt post them as they both have Company names on the vehicles.
