Where has everyone been sending there Cat Pumps off to get Rebuilt with the best longevity and quickest return.I was hoping for a place In Houston that does it but no luck.

Are you asking about having them machined and stainless seats pressed in or just rebuilding with new seals and o-rings?

We've sent them numerous heads to be sleeved and they come back perfect. The stainless steel inset is pressed into the head.

if your pump head has a W stamped on the front of it you can send it to windtrax and they will get another one from cat with an R stamped on it. you have to keep all your caps and seals. only cost is shipping

also, you can find videos youtube for putting in a new seal kit. very easy

Cat will warranty to the end use directly. They did for me anyway about a Year ago

Like Randy said, best place for resleeving hands down is IDS. They are also great at rebuilding pumps, never had an issue. They are some of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to pumping systems and pumps.
