Anyone know of a good 55-gal container mover? Would like to be able to use the savings from 55 gal containers but do not want to break my back. The 30gal containers are already a solid workout. I see a few 55 gal caddies on Zoro but skeptical that they would make it easy to move 440lbs. Anyone have a good solution for moving them by hand?

I move them by hand on the edge. Took some practice but it's pretty effortless. You could also try some 2' sections of 2" or 3" PVC to roll the drum on?

A regular hand truck works. You'll need to use a ratchet strap to make the drum easier to lean. I've used a good drum dolly, it's easier to move them around but it's almost as much work to lean the barrel over which is the hardest part.

The frame is very solid but the tires never hold air. I'd replace them with these, it makes the dolly heavy but they're tough.

pneumatic tires on hand trucks never hold air. Harbor Freight sells the solid tires for them, just don't get the ones with plastic rims.

Ive used a hand truck for decades, with a ratchet strap. In my 60s its still not hard... but I admit to getting lazier, now I use the forklift. Guessing you're looking for other options though; for moving them around at the wash and in my garage - drum dollies. As soon as a drum gets into the wash or the garage it goes onto a dolly, then its really easy to just roll around. Kleen rite has some, I forget where I got mine but they are heavy duty steel with good wheels. IMO, focus on the best wheels you can find.

They make a hand truck specifically for moving 55 gallon drums. This is the one my oil distributor uses for delivering oil barrel to my oil change business.
