What's leaking are the steel fittings someone used between the stack of tees and the solenoids.

You could hook the weep up to the foam brush with a tee on the liquid tube line to the bay. You'd need check valves to keep the foam brush from backing up into the other bays' lines.

Jim @ etowah valley makes a super nice compact system cleaner than air logic way nicer for same price comes with everything. I have instailed several you can always add a idx controller and a releif solinod like mep suggested
Etowah does have a nice system, but damn, how much more could it cost them to add a cut off valve on the discharge of the tank? Sure would make it so much easier servicing the filter, pump and solenoid bank.

Not much, I always carry a few of these for when I work on Coleman equipment.

One of the high pressure lines in the trough seperated at the fitting. And the bay that it happened too was used alot today... she was wet! Haha i removed the old line gonna get a new one but this line had this adapter inside of it. I found it odd as the others dont. Is this just to increase pressure? Or is there some other reason for it.

That's the inner part of a reusable fitting. That part gets screwed into the hose after another part gets screwed over the outside. Someone probably didn't get the outer part on all the way or used the wrong fitting for the hose.

I just figured that out too. Haha as soon as I realized what it was id agree it wasn’t installed right but popped at the bottom of the fitting. Guess ill just cut it back and re attach it!

For the most part i have my FB all squared away. (For now) new punp is here but the way the current one is set up the flojet needs all different fittings so working on that. Anyway was wondering if any of you have gone the Methanol route? My chem supplier suggested it as its what he runs in his systems. Takes some out and dumps a 5gal full concentrate into it to mix then sucks from there into the FB no tip. Just curious on if any of you go this route also? Or how the product is going to be. (Waiting on my antifreeze to run our before the switch.)

That's what your using now, anti-freeze foam brush is foam brush soap with methanol added. I don't remember the ratio, I think it was 5 gallons of foam brush concenrate to 50 gallons of methanol.

I thought so but was unsure. What to do with the extra 5gal i have to remove to mix lol. Do i need to mix the 55gal periodically or do i not need to worry about it?

I mix my own.....because of shipping costs. A local chemical supplier sells me a 55 gallon drum of methanol for less than $300. Shipping on the 5 gallons of additive is a LOT cheaper than shipping 55 gallon of methanol....not to mention the hazmat fees.

BTW....regarding the reuseable fittings....it took several years of wrestling to learn that there are SINGLE and DOUBLE wire reuseable fittings. You'll never get the smaller fitting onto the larger hose.....nor will the larger fitting stay attached to the smaller hose. Just sayin.

For the price, why would you bother mixin your own???

because that is actually way more then i paid from my local supplier. With that one u have to pay hazmat shipping on top of it and use that soap. This way i spent less then $250 for everything. $178 for the meth and i get to use the soap i like.

Because it's cheaper to mix my own
Because mixing my own allows me to use the soap I prefer
Because it gets delivered straight to my door, and is still cheaper with that delivery service included
Because I'd rather support a fellow local small business
Because if needed, I can get 20 gallons delivered - to my wash - to finish out the winter, no need to buy another drum

What to do with the extra 5gal i have to remove to mix lol.
When I get methanol delivered, I tell them to put 50 gallons in my drums, not 55.
If I were getting 55 gallons for whatever reason, I'd use it to flush out the lines during extreme weather, or mix it in when the drum has some space in it - probably dont even need to add more soap concentrate. Or I'm sure somebody could come up with some fun redneck uses ;)

Do i need to mix the 55gal periodically or do i not need to worry about it?
I've never had any need to stir it after the initial mixing.
