yellow book charges me a $3.00 monthly fee because i pay by check and not credit card.
i have never been late.
i can hardly wait for the sales person to try and renew the contract.

Most larger companies have a check reader system. They feed the checks through and they are deposited without ever going to the bank. Or they use a service that does it for them. Either way to me getting paid is part of the overhead of running a business. I don't understand charging extra to get paid on time!

That is BS, the contract says the amount and it must be paid in legal tender which is US cash. If she paid it she was a fool. I'd get a letter from the moron that told her that and then go to the attorney general of your state.
