All was well going through the car wash, halfway done and I felt a bump/jerk, felt like my car went up on the left side, next thing I collide with the car behind me. Were you sitting in the driver's seat?
If so, then your vehicle was under your control.
Surveillance video doesn't lie. If it shows your brake lights coming on, then you obviously hit the brakes, and caused the vehicle behind you to hit you.
100% your fault.
