Adding a picture

We have finally figured out what was wrong with the ability to upload directly a photo to your post.

To add a PHOTO to your post, click on "Go Advanced" you will see the little paperclip above the Remove a Link option. You then will get another box and you browse to your photo location.

You need to use a photo program to make it about 600x400 or smaller and less than 2M in size. It will add a thumbnail to the post and then they can click on it for a larger view.

Could you tell us where the "Go Advanced" is located or include a photo on your reply. There is a paper clip on the reply screen but when I click on it Firefox locks up.

IB, when you click on "Post Reply" it takes you to Advanced, if you scroll down to the bottom and use "Quick Reply", that is where you see "Go Advanced"

I made the thumbnail large enough so that usually you can see the pix without clkicking on it. MEP is right that if you use Imageshack or something like that you post the URL location and the actual pix. Just remember to keep the size down to 600x400 +/-

Ok, click on the down arrow of the paperclip, not the paperclip itself. I am using Firefox too. Update yours maybe. This opens a new window
