I said "PLEASE PLACE CAR IN PARK!!" I am very glad there are no neighbors near my Razor.

And she is a grumpy old lady. She does not like the car wash. When I first build it she went to the city meeting and tried to have it stopped, she told the city it would never make it and someone would end up turning it into a Dunkin' Donuts.

Decided to put a Profile in next to my standalone Razor. Pouring the foundation tomorrow. View attachment 4649
We're right on track with you -- we're getting ready to add a Razor next to our Profile. Construction will hopefully start sometime in the next couple of weeks. Good luck with yours! We're lucky to not have a neighbor like yours. A motel and Mexican Restaurant across the street; and an event center next to us.

I predict my neighbor will be over within the first week of opening to complain about the speaker volume. He has complained about everything, including candy wrappers that blow out of customer cars at the vacs.

However, as long as the speaker db is less than the dryer db I'm all set. Blowers have been in place 15+ years, so....

In all seriousness, what are you doing about the dryers? What brand, inside bldg or out, etc...?

Exterior wall mount 3-15 HP Premier with elephants trunks.
Will those have a somewhat low decibel level? Would be a PiTA for neighbors & eventually yourself, if they're not. Let the wrong neighbor get on the City Council = hel for you

There are lots of options for lower decibels with drying equipment. Silencing packages, canopy, roof mount, attic mount etc.

The house that you see in the picture is in the middle of town. I did not build the car wash in a residential neighborhood.

Any early feedback on your Profile?

We are considering a Profile as a replacement for an Istobal M22 to get away from floor tracks.

Ordered the machine first of the month and it's supposed to ship first week in March. I did put all the options including touchless wheel detailers on it. I'll post some feedback when we get it running.

I've had mine for just over a year and love it so far. Got all the options including the touchless wheel cleaner.

What's some of the things you really like? Any cons?
I think it cleans much better than my Soft Gloss did. I love the open bay and that I can easily wash duallys. Many options on the machine and very easy to program. I hate when I have to grease the fittings, over 35 of them and scattered all over the place so you are hunting them down and hoping not to miss any. On the Razor it takes me 2 minutes.

Which unit has you hunting grease fittings everywhere?
