Advice needed on raising prices

If you have that many taking top package then you can definitely raise your prices. It would be very smart to do so. I would say if you have 50% or more taking top package than price raising is a good option.
I was thinking the General Rule of Thumb was 60%. But doesn't matter, as I am at 75.5%!

I looked at our numbers the other day on our four packages. They are $10 (friction), $14 (touchless), $16 (friction), $20 (friction) and each is only off a little bit of being 25%. Does that mean we priced our packages perfectly? 😂

Percentage isn't everything, volume is far more important. I personally wouldn't give up volume just to even out percentages, that's just my opinion though, everyone will have to make their own business decision on that.

End of the day, the goal is maximum profit

Yep. I need to analyze it much deeper. The Dencar dashboard has a lot of info but it does not give me all I want. The percentages of wash packages I posted were just pulled from our machine's HMI so they include retail and member washes. I thought it was interesting that it was so even and I don't recall anyone on here having that close of a spread.
