Advice on WW Razor & SoftGloss issues

SoftGloss brushes spin fine, but no water or products coming out.
Razor started up today, loud POP heard (maybe overhead where PVC pipe rums water into the bay)? Nothing happens.
Today was 1st day in 6 days to open, after the terrible Tx freeze.
Any advice?
Im starting bb practice 2:30---4:30, as playoffs postponed a week, & wash is 65 miles away (so can't just run by real quick). Never experience anything like this, in these parts, so was kll prepared, but did shut doors & turn heaters on.

At the risk of stating the obvious, no water is getting to the Ryko. How are things in the equipment room and ss bays? Is there water coming out of the ss bays? Is everything ok at your main water supply and any equipment you have in the equipment room- such as tanks, pumps etc.?

Are your pumping stations for your autos in the bay or equipment room? Is there any water running without a problem on your property? Trace back as far as you can to where you still have running water and the issue is somewhere between that and where you don’t. . Are you fully thawed out yet?

Sorry for you coach, and all the operators impacted by the freeze.

Hey coach my Ryko froze up too. I noticed some of the ball valves on the line froze shut or the freeze damaged them. I started by disconnecting everything to make sure water was flowing freely to where it needs to be. Make sure no ice or other debris is clogging the tips. You basically are going to start from the water main all the way to the machine to check leaks and water flow.

Update: city turned off our water yesterday, so can't check a dam thing anywhere!!!

When the water is back up just manually switch things on and keep an eye our for blockages. A by product of pipes that only occasionally freeze is that any dirt stuck on the inner lining of the pipes gets dislodged and so you get crap blocking nozzles and valves for a few days after a thaw.

Me to, since Fri we've had SUNNY skies & temps in 50s & 50s! Once in a lifetime freeze & omce in a lifetime snow = once in a lifetime opportunity for washagedon!!! But too late, I will have missed out on an enormous payday + all my bills & absolutely ZERO business! I pay all my city utilities on auto draft, so have never been late. Im just so mad I could kick 1 of their A$$ES!!!
