Not sure where you are in N.E. Pa. I am in Levittown Pa and installed these 19 months ago. I love them, they are a little noisy when windy, but my automatic only has a radiant tube in the front portion of wash and I had 0 problems with freezing last winter.
Doors are fast look great and I was able to put decals on the clear portions without and problems. I have a good distributor if you need one. Oh yeah their tech support is excellent also.
