I have a 18 month old J E Adams air machine that is blowing air out of the exhaust on the unloader. I took it apart and cleaned it but same result. Is the loader repairable or do I just buy another? Where to buy?

I assume it does it all the time even when there's someone using the air gun, and it won't build pressure?

I'd say call Adams and ask if they have a kit.

I have removed unloaders on all air machines and instead use tips that do not hold the pressure. Less wear and tear on the compressor and less to go wrong. 20 years ago a buddy and I started a business installing air machines on a revenue sharing basis . Sold out to him when I got more into the wash business. He also install and services machines for others. Learned this from him.

Is the unit building air pressure? The unloader expels air when the unit is running but not inflating a tire. Seems to me that it expels a small amount of air even when inflating a tire. You can buy parts for this unit from Kleen Rite and probably right from Adams.
