Hi
ALARM 1 on fusion x.
it says "no motion detected gantry motor was on.check for obstuction on gantry track."

i drive a car in for washing.the fushion start moving and applying presaok. once it comes at the front of the car it stops.i drive the car out and start again.the second time its ok. once it finish if i drive another car for washing its ok but if some time pass i have the same problem.

i check the track but looks to be ok.

any suggestions for this problem?

i m back again.
i change the wheel proximity works OK for couple of days but now it start the same problem.

It's possible it could be the cables. I use this one. As cheap as they are here, I would replace both just to rule them out.

Make sure your prox count wheel is working properly. Just unscrew the cables, take the 4- 3/8" screws out, and unhook the spring tensioner. Take the wheel out and carefully check the prox switches. If they are too far away from their target they won't read, and if they are too close they won't break signal long enough for the PLC to pick up. Both of these problems result in a fault. I think Coleman reccomends a 5/16" distance between the prox face and the target. Also make sure the wheel is still good and is not worn out and wobbling.

Also make sure your home proximity switch is working properly.
