When the wash is busy, and car are lined up my LW4000 sometimes over shoots the rear of the car. A lot of mist, and steam. Does this happen to anybody? Anyway to avoid it. Not a huge inconvenience, just want to know if it can be fixed. Thanks!

I would start by turning up the amplifiers for the T-bar eyes located in the J3 box on the bridge. That will help the T-bar eyes penetrate the mist better and see one another. Normally, the amplifiers are set to 4 but when it gets cold may have to be turned up to 6. If that doesn't work, then check the mid limit prox. to make sure it is reading the mid limit flag. This tells the computer to switch between the two sets of T-bar eyes. If it doesn't read the flag then the T-bar will continue looking through the set of eyes closest to the exit and will run long in the back.
