Any good service techs out there that are tired of the cold?

As a operator I do not mind paying $80 per hour and I understand travel time needs to be billed. I am in a area that is probably low on the service price per hour. I know I have a good tech and he can fix things much faster than most techs so I don't mind paying his fees.

Holy Cow ! After literally months of not having anyone to even interview, I talked to three prospects last week, and they all were great candidates. Have a new guy starting this week. Maybe there is a God?
