Did you do a web or eBay search for it? You never know. What about Kleen-Rite? Also if you can get the specs then maybe you can find one that works for now even if it is a different mounting.

My razor has the orange barrel type pepperl-Fuchs sonar sensors on it. I have purchased spares on ebay, but I had to buy a programming cable that connect to my laptop to put the parameters in. I also had to download the programming software from the pepperl-fuchs website. I just uploaded the parameters from another sensor and put them in the new sensor. I assume the green sensors are the same way.
