Arimitsu pump issue

I have an Arimitsu 309 cavitating and losing about 100 psi when high pressure wax or soap is selected in the bay. Switching between HP rinse and soap/wax is a noticeable difference. I have replaced all lines with new and switched supply lines from another bay that was working correctly and eliminated the soap and wax lines from the equation for the time being until its solved. It seems like I'm not getting enough supply volume, but that is not the case using the supply from another bay that works. It takes a lot for me to admit "I dont know", but I'm there now. Any ideas?

Yes, we use hot water. That was my thought also so I switched supply lines form another bay, no change. I can run all 5 other bays at the same time and not have a supply issue. But even running this one today alone has same problem. Thanks for the reply

All you need to do is sprinkle the blood from a virgin goat around the pump stand. I don't think it's a pump issue, but switching pumps might provide a clue.

If the blood from the virgin goat doesn't work! Then maybe you have a stuck or restricted hot water check valve! Or maybe a bad flow control or shutoff valve? Sounds like something is restricting hot water flow to the pump compared to cold water......

No blood needed. I decided to go against what Arimitsu said and put a new seal kit in the pump. They were definitely worn but not leaking. All seems to be fine now, no -pressure change between functions. Thanks to everyone and no goats harmed.

It may have been drawing air in around the worn low-pressure seals. If it was a restriction from a failing inlet check valve it would still be doing it with new seals.
