I have a 4 year old ARO LP pump pumping bubbles back into the Tire Cleaner fluid tank. The pump gauge shows 80 psi, but only air is coming out in the bays. I suspect the ball check valve has failed. I will replace pump tomorrow as it's not worth my time to rebuild. In my 20 years I've never seen this before. Any ideas?

We got rid of those ARO pumps 25 years ago and installed Flo-jet pumps and never looked back

I appreciate your reply Randy. I like the shelf setup with my ARO Pumps. I would rather replace an ARO every 4-5 years than a Flojet every year.
If you really wanted to do it up right use a Procon pump controlled by a MX-8 multiplexer. We are down to one flo-jet on the Foam brush system.
We also use the clear totes for our vending items, helps keep everything organized and dry should a hose break.

I had a similar set up Mounted a strut across the top of the Legs for the stand and used strut catcher nuts and bolts to mount the flo jets to the strut. Replaced AROs as they died and Flo Jets last years with a moisture separator and auto water drain on the air line feeding the flo Jets at the pump stand. I will try to get a picture.

Wow! That old Magic Wand equipment brings back a lot of memories. Still looks great!
Thanks Fatboy! You may appreciate that I color coded the LP polytubing a few years ago when we replaced the wall manifolds and solenoids. It matches the lettering on the MW tank. Foam Brush = Blue, Presoak = Pink, Tire Cleaner = Yellow. Looks so clean! 🤩

Here is How I replaced Aro / Yamada that sat on shelf with flo Jets by mounting a strut. Water Seperator mounted near the lune that feeds the Flo Jets (Not in Photo.) Also Colored lines not so neatly seperated.
