Autonomous headaches

With some cars now having autonomous breaking, and rain sensing wipers, anyone add wording to signage or additional signage?

Have had 2 issues apparently where rain sensing wipers came on and the wiper was damaged. I declined to accept responsibility. Thinking of a sign that says something like:

NOTICE: Auto Braking and Rain sensing wipers must be set to OFF. Customer is responsible for Damage to any Vehicle or equipment resulting from failure to turn these features OFF.

I think you should add "or any other automated features to be off" Because vehicles are going to have more and more automated features as time goes on.

How about:

Well, I guess the real question is-- will that hold water in court?
