I went for several years and never had to replace my backup switch and now I have had to change it every couple of months. Am I buying crappy switches or is there likely something else wrong? KR only has 2 kinds that I saw and I've tried them both. Are there better air switches out there? I have not changed the hose. Where do I get new hose? Obviously I'm doing something wrong here.
Thanks!

Thanks. I ordered the hose today and will hopefully have it by the weekend. My backup light came on DURING a wash the other day. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen the video.

Those switches have bleed hole in the bottom of the switch. That hole must be open to the air so the pressure will bleed down so the switch can go off. A hole in the hose will make it not want to go on.
