Bathroom?

Do you have a public bathroom at your self serve car wash?

My car wash has a very small pump room and no restroom. When customers ask, I direct them to the 2 gas stations across the street. OMG - I already clean up after my customers, I don't need to make MORE work for myself! On my cameras, I have seen customers pee in the bays, against the vacuum islands and behind the dumpster. I hate the smell!! :(
 
No "public restroom". When I'm here and I catch them I make them put money in and hose it down, if they refuse I call the law. The last one I caught was in a company logo'd vehicle i could smell it from across the parking lot. Their employer was less than impressed when I showed them the video.

When my employee is around, I use the bathroom at the gas station across the street. Good time for a team break and sets a good example. But, if I'm alone, working a long day and tired, I have been known to use a bucket and floor drain. Then, I rinse it down to remove any smell.
The issue here is public urination. It's illegal and can be criminal in some states. I don't mind if a customer discreetly pees in my wash bay, just wash it down so the next customer doesn't complain to me. I'm finding more water bottles with a "yellow" liquid in my trash cans. While gross, I'm grateful that some folks have the maturity and consideration to plan ahead.

I bought a camping toilet seat for a bucket at WalMart, and keep a supply of cheap can liners for #2 emergencies.

I try to remove the tops off as many water bottles as I can, empty or not, but if it's yellow I don't.
 
Man, I never knew I was so privileged to have a toilet at my wash. Next time when I have a seat I'll savor the moment watching my Flo Jets pump and my hydro minders doing their business. 😃

lol I’ve stayed quiet , didn’t want to brag. I’d have an issue if I didn’t have my bathroom at each site 😬
 
We got nice gift this morning. Someone took a dump in front of the door to the car wash. Then left us a pair of socks and a tee shirt with brown stuff on them. This kind of goes to show you the type of people who come to car washes.
