Bay doesn't shut off when timer runs out

Hello, I'm having an issue with one of my bays where it keeps running on whatever setting it was on when the timer runs out. If I change the setting on the rotary switch, it will shut off and stay off until the timer is started again. It does this on every setting, low and high pressure. So far, I've tried changing the timer, I replaced a DX2000 with a brand new DX2002, I've put in a brand new rotary switch, I've swapped the IDX MA-800 coin acceptor in it to a new one, and I've tried swapping in the relays from the pump stand for another bay. The problem still persists.

I'm at a loss as to what try next. Anyone have any ideas?

Are there any relays involved? It sounds like it could be a latching relay issue.

Did this start out of nowhere on one bay without anything else being changed or worked on?

high pressure functions, or low pressure, or both?
Could be a solenoid sticking open?

It just started out of nowhere. I haven't changed any parts in the bay in at least a year prior to this. There are 4 Finding Type 40.31 relays in my pump stands. I don't have any spares of those on hand, but I did take the 4 out of another pump stand and swapped them in to see if maybe they were the issue, but it's still doing the same thing.

It does it on any function, high or low pressure. It'll continue to run after the timer expires, but if i change the setting on the knob while it's still running after the timer is expired, the bay will shut off and stay off until the timer is restarted.

I'd start by disconnecting the timed load out from the timer after you recreate the problem. That usually goes nowhere else but from the timer to the switch - disconnect anything else it goes to as well. I doubt the timed load has anything to do with it, but it's a place to start.

Almost sounds like the timed load is latching for some reason but the timer was replaced. Maybe a common got crossed somewhere?

I don't think that can happen with a Dixmor 2000 or 2000-2 timer but I figured it would be a place to start eliminating things. It might be some other component creating a latching situation. kaje, what brand is your equipment? Can you post a picture of the electrical cabinet where the four relays are?
