We don’t have a one arm Kondor but one 2 arm saber, one 2 arm kondor, and 2 freestylers. The touchless units just don’t have a lot go wrong with them. Most of the parts are interchangeable. I would stock some entrance/exit proxes, and smaller butterfly proxes/cables. An extra sonar wouldn’t be a bad idea either. All the bearings can be sourced from local auto parts store.
I'm only familiar with the Belanger Vector, and my spare parts list would be the same plus a spare photo emitter/receiver set, spare proxes, maybe a spare encoder card, and obviously spare hoses. I replaced the overhead lines with stainless steel pipe made so that each joining hose was 36", the same length as the ones to the arms. It was a half-day job (and an expensive one) to replace one of the boom hoses, but it only took five minutes to change a short length.

Do you know the what bearings are used for the carriage on your Kondor? We repacked ours in the past since we did not know what type of car they came off of?
