Bill validator repair or replacement?

Howdy yall
I have a Rowe changer that has been upgraded in the past but is now having problems with the bill acceptor. I am wanting to replace or refurbish the Mei AE 2611 u7 115v bill validator.

Are there any available quality replacements available? If not. Where can I send this thing to get refurbished?

I think I might have a rebuilt AE2611 validator, I'll check.

You might find a rebuilt one on eBay, just look for a seller with a really high feedback score. It'll probably cost $350 or more. There is a new MEI unit that will replace the Mars IIRC.
