Blendco supersat powder

can anyone tell me why the hph powder goes hard ( solid ) inside the supersat tank, the titration is 500 drops. Everything on the lid assembly works.

I used to sell it but stopped for that reason. It would also drop out of solution and plug the lines. Went back to all liquids and one less thing to worry about.

Would incoming water quality be an issue? Just a guess.....

I was gonna say ask Mac. He did our install and supersat way back n the day

I always used soft water and it still dropped out.
