Blowers/Drying Agent

It does seem too good to be true. I have gone down the rabbit hole on it and it looks like some guys are using it with some success. I looked at Molear, CRS, Rapid Water and Global-Cavitation units but have not tried anything yet. I have heard that Spotless Solutions in Kansas and Arcadian in Colorado are testing applications/units w/some success.

Keep us posted please.

OK. Have learned a lot more. I am going to try the CRS Shaft (chemicalreduction.com/carwash). I requested a quote and the guy called me and said they're really not focused on car washes, but they're working with Arcadian to deploy it along with Arcadian's other products. He said that the nanobubbles act as a drying agent so cars are drying faster and you can reduce chemicals because the bubbles make the soap more foamy and it cleans allegedly better. Guy also said someone achieved nearly 100% reclaim using the CRS shaft and Arcadian's biologics. He said the shaft is literally just a pipe you can install anywhere water flows and is pretty affordable (he said something like a couple thousand bucks get you a 100GPM unit). I'm debating where I am going to put it and what size I want, but thinking of buying a small one and putting it on a submersible pump in my RO tank, but TBD. Will come back after I pull the trigger and let you guys know if it works.

OK. Verdict on the nanobubble generator. I put a 50GPM CRS unit (it is called THE SHAFT, which is kind of hilarious when you see it--it is literally just a metal pipe--I got the CRS3487 which works from 40 - 90GPM of flow) on my main line feeding my chemistry and RO and I'm getting pretty crazy foaming from certain of my soaps (had to reduce foamer use by about 20% or so) and the water on spotless rinse is drying a lot faster with no drying agent. They sell a PVC version for $500 less, but I went with stainless steel.

If it's just a pipe, it would be a whole lot less to get a piece of pipe from a hardware store.
