Bought a used wash.

Well I have my work cut out for me on this one but I am looking forward to it. Going to replace the old laser 4000 with a Washworld Profile and keep the SS equipment and rebuild it all. This will be my 4th wash and I am planning on quitting my government job of 16 years as soon as I have it up and running. I appreciate all the help through the years from this forum. I've learned so much and couldn't have done it without all your help. Thank you to everyone.

Congrats! I’d get that shed off the front lawn!
Yes the shed needs to go. Other than that, Im sure this place will look great after the reno. Its tough work but do as much as you can yourself and the reno price will be minimal besides that touchless bay. Best of luck!

What's ballpark figure on that wash, bought in the current state?
Do u have traffic #'s?
It looks pretty cool, especially once clean.

I paid $150,000 for it. 9300 cars per day in front of it.
I couldn't buy land only for that price! I've been looking at lot in front of a Walmart for the last 10 years. price is $350,000 with a 8000 cpd traffic count. It is probably the slowest Walmart in America.

The post office is directly behind the wash which I think has a big effect on the car count. I definitely think this site will be a home run.

Same, but lot I found in front of WalMart is $250 & traffic count is 9500.
