Shortened the trough to 6'.

Have never dissassembled the big name units but I think this has a couple of advantages.
1. Cost - Not including the pumping station it has about $500.00 in parts.
2. The Blower is not mounted in the Tunnel so it's not sucking in moist soapy air which I think will shorten blower life.
3, No Float in the trough.
4. Uses a standard flo jet pumping station set at about 15psi so while the flow is not as impressive the large bubbles make a thicker blanket and less volume means less cost.

It is part of the basic wash. It replaces a foam stick I had overhead in addittion to the ones on the sides.

Earl I like it. What soap are you using hi Ph or low.

In all my Tunnels I use Low PH Pre Soak. Where I have Triple foam I just use the KR triple foam which is not low PH. Brush feeds are all supplied with a weaker low PH solution. The original video showed KR Cherry blossom Foam Brush soap because that location has SS bays and I had the product available and had put in a seperate pumping station for the Bubbler. I think the Cherry Blossom gives the most foam for the Buck. With the Low PH pre soak this unit is more about the sizzle than the steak. In the V2 Video this is a short tunnel. No triple foam soap .....yet. Since the tunnel is short the only product I use and had on hand was the low PH. I used the same Pumping station with one Hydrominder but 2 flo jets for the Bubbler and Foam sticks initialy . I am in the process of installing a seperate Hydrominder at all locations so I can use a seperate product for the Bubbler. I need to call KR and see what they say gives the most bubbles for the $. If it's Cherry Blossom, I'll continue with that If Not I'll try something else.

Earl I've tried this with my sonic chemical to boost the foaming capabilities. KR sold me 1 gal., Might help.
