Hello everyone. First time here. I am working on a plan to build a new car wash. It will be a two auto bay station with one being touchless and the other soft touch. The building will be 60x80x14 tall. I am in the process of getting bids on the work and build. My question to you guys is if these numbers seem to be in line from what you know? I am in northern MN so everything needs to be heated. My buildout price with all equipment, building, and infrastructure came to about $1,300,000. $400,000 of that is the actual carwash equipment and installation.

About $300 higher than Tx. But maybe more concrete & heating floors etc... hard to know...
