Can anyone ID this machine?

Was traveling recently and saw a run down location and decided to see what it was all about, and came across a machine I’ve never seen before. I’m just curious what it is, as trying to post to Reddit I was advised it was a laser wash 360 but that I do not believe.

The dryer definitely is a PDQ laser docking dryer, but the wash definitely is NOT a PDQ product!

The wash looks like it is made by Moore Wash Systems out of Lockport, NY.

That makes sense, I was actually in South Lockport NY .
