It does, and not just from being able to see what's going on. I can now track almost all license plates and see almost every inch of the lot. The cameras are conspicuous, and a lot of the problems, mainly drug users rolling blunts in the bays, have stopped. I caught a guy filling the dumpster and called his company to pay for an extra trash pick-up.
