Car Wash King broker opinion

Hello! I'm about to buy a car wash and I need your opinion, the broker who listed the business in Loopnet has a name of "car wash king", please let me know if this company is trustworthy and if some of you deal with them in the past, I will take in count your comments at the decision time. They are definitely a legit car wash broker. Anyone who calls a brokerage “car wash king” though would turn me off a bit. Expect to be sold some snake oil.

since you are on the buy side I wouldn’t worry much. Anything they say should not influence your purchase
