That's terrible,

I hope most of the Operators / Managers who view this will share with their employees. I read the forum and see the many new operators coming into the business with no idea of what can happen.

I have heard in the last two years of at least three other electrical (if this was an electrocution) incidents. None of them fatal, however very significant.

Always double check with meter before handling. If you don't know, get someone who does.

We had a safety meeting about car wash and equipment safety that was inspired in part by this tragic story.

Safety has to be our top priority. We all need to make it home each night, to our families.

Sending prayers of comfort and peace.

Does anyone have more details. Story caption says "Trapped in Machinery" and body of story says caller told 911 person was "electrocuted".
It would certainly help us understand and perhaps institute preventive measures.
