So I am sold on dryers inside the SS bays as an option but if you can't do that, what do you guys think about having them as combination vacuum/car dryers in the vacuuming area maybe on 4 out of 8 vacuums? Since the drying hose doesn't have a boom and you obviously don't want to "drape" the dryer hose on top of your car to get to the other side I'm guessing it's not as convenient to use or would you still recommend this because "IT'S BETTER TO HAVE THIS OPTION ON SITE THAN TO NOT?
Just curious your thoughts on whether this would be a good investment to make in an addition to the vacuuming area or would you recommend against it or maybe pair on some different option w/ that combination vacuum other than a "vehicle dryer". Looks like the drying hose on such a combo unit is 30' long versus the 15' long standard vacuuming hose length.
Pros & Cons to this idea? (I realize customers are much more apt to use it when it's on the meterbox inside the self-service wash bay so big question is...WILL THEY DRIVE TO THE VACUUMING AREA AND USE SUCH AN OPTION THAT THEY'LL NEED TO PAY FOR SEPARATELY or does that inconvenience right there make this option not a comparison of "apples to apples" w/ having same option inside the self-service bay? (enough to nix the idea because it's way less revenue-producing?)
Thanks!
