I am looking to interview car wash owners who have gone completely cashless. Some questions: Has crime gone down? Did customers complain?

Let me know if you want to share your thoughts...

Hi Debra,

I have gone cashless for my SS from September. I do not dispense quarter or tokens and removed change machines. Both Sept and Oct revenue are slightly better than the same two months last year. My per customer revenue also increased by about 3%.
so far, I have not experienced many pushbacks.
i am happy with my decision.

Thanks

BTW, I do accept customer quarters. They can bring their own quarters.

Hi Debra,
I have owned both cashless and cash pay stations for my automatics. Simple answer, the cash machines, back then, cost about $5K on average to repair when vandalized Never an issue on the cashless boxes. I assume the same logic applies to s/s meter boxes.
