Hi,
I have a 3 bay self serve that I got from twodose on this forum. I have a vibration in the first and busiest bay. I resleeved and rebuilt all heads last year. I checked all screens, all valves, the accumulator. No luck is fixing vibration. Could it be possible that there is a problem with cat pump itself. I also changed the head from bay 3 to bay 1 and had the same problem. Also changed main hose from bay 2 to bay 1 and same issue. Is there something I may not be checking?

Try hooking a bay hose and gun directly to pump to see if you still have a vibration. This was something I learned from mep on this forum. Quick diagnostic that will help pinpoint your issue

It sounds to me like your sucking air somewhere in the system or your starving the pump for water. Try plugging off the soap and wax lines and then see if the pump runs smooth. Another thing you could try is to disconnection the water supply to the pump and connection city water to the pump, turn it on and then run the pump if it runs smooth the your starving the pump for water and your problem is the water supply coming from your storage tank. Whatever it is it's going to be something simple.

Thanks for the replies. Would it be a water starving issues if its only limited to 1 bay and not all 3?
