Just terminated Worldpay account . Got wacked wit $495 termination fee since it rolls over in one year increments and requires 90 day notice to cancel.

I might have tried that since part of the issue was paying more than the monthly maintenance charge and I argued hat point to which the reply was the account must be active. I did not review the agreement again for language about this aspect.
