Check valve replacement as well?

While chasing down a pressure drop/water leak on the roof of our self serve wash we found a busted hose near this manifold (believe that’s what it’s called?). We are replace the supply line from the cat pump up to the roof and the whip from the manifold to the top of the boom. In you personal experience should I change out the check valves while it’s broke down? What about the push on connections for chemical supply lines, would you change those as well?

The check valves and fittings are roughly 10 years old.

I don't think you need one there. Ours does not have one there but there is one on the pump outlet. I'm considering one above the bay to possibly prevent the siphoning I'm noticing now that we raised our ceilings by 5'.

If it's not broke don't fix. I would clean it up the manifold, replace the hoses and reinstall it.

I usually replace check valves as needed, when one fails for a bay i usually go ahead a replace all of them for that bay. If i had it that far broke down id probably go ahead and replace just to not have to fool with it a week later after tampering with everything.

If possible I would consider shortening your hose from the manifold to the boom. The low pressure changeover time might improve a little.
