We have issues with some of our chemicals eating or making our concentrate draw tubing turn hard quickly. It is just on our JBS Action presoak and the PH booster. The booster will make the tubing much less flexible in a few months and if you go six months it is so brittle that it breaks like a candy cane if you are not careful with it. The presoak is not nearly as bad.

I switched to Excelon tubing about a month ago. It has a surgical tubing like feel and look to it and is supposed to be more chemical resistant.

So far the booster hose still seems flexible and looks good. The presoak hose started to look strange after about two weeks. It looks like it was growing something inside it and this stuff started to plug the hydrominder tip. It started to get hard in the areas that the growth looked the worst so I switched it out for the regular tubing for now. I suppose it is possible we have something wrong with this batch of soap. The jury is still out with the Excelon tubing on the booster. What type of tubing do you use for presoak and booster? Is there one that will last a year or should I just get the cheap stuff and change it every few months?
