Sounds like this is evolving. Here's a thought to help see if any changes are worth the time and effort. What parameters can the webmaster monitor to see how the changes affect things? It can't just be a touchy feely kind of thing, like "I think that's cool." To make it work I'm guessing that the visitors here will like it a lot, and the webmaster will see some measurable compensation for the change. If nothing else, I know I would take advantage of "free" advertising. Cool.
