Cleaning Cryptopay reader idea.

One of my Cryptopay readers stopped reading cards. So I took a label/tag, shown in the picture, folded it, and moistened it with rubbing alcohol. After several passes through the reader, it works like a champ. Hopefully, I didn't damage it.

They also make cleaning cards which sounds like what you made. I like to clean them monthly.

I use a damp cloth with a thin edge and pull it through the reader.

We use credit card cleaning cards https://www.possupply.com/cleaning-cards/card-reader-cleaning-products/ in a pinch we’ll use a Wet Towel window wipe.

We also use credit card cleaners and we also do this roughly every 2 weeks at least. Same goes for our bill acceptors. We clean them regularly with bill cleaners. We use these to clean our Credit readers.
