Cleaning Neoprene Wraps

Hello Everyone…

Thanks for the add.
I’ve been looking for something to clean out closed-cell foam (Neoprene) wraps. I’ve tried Dawn, white vinegar, degreaser with no success. I know they’re sensitive to certain chemicals, so I don’t want to burn them up with something harsh.
Any ideas?

Power washing at a close distance, panel by panel. Can be tedious, but will get just about everything off that can be removed.
