Over the past 6 years I have tried a number of commerical products that claim to clean all tile walls but so far I have had very limited success with any of these products.
I was wondering if some of the operators here have a product that does a good job on tile walls, it seems that the cleaner that removes grease does nothing for the soap scum and other marks on wall.

some of the products I have tried:

Kleen Wall
Nu Wall
Simple Green
grease Lighnting
Special products from the box stores.
Wall cleaner from Blendco

Any suggestions would be appreciated'

I do not remimber what the the dilution was, received a note with product with direction s and went by them, that was about a year ago.I will admit that it was better than any of the other cleaners but from what I have read here in past that it was not safe to use, because of the HF factor.
I don't what to do anything that might harm my employee.

HF or Hydrogen fluoride will etch the gloss finish off of tile, and then you have a porous tile that will shuck everything into it. A lot of products that contain Hydrogen fluoride because it is such a good cleaning compound or her cousins Potassium bifluoride, Ammonium bifluoride both of later two compounds are just as hazardous as Hydrogen fluoride and must be used with great respect and caution. I get a kick out of some of the soap manufactures, they say our product doesn?t contain any HF Hydrogen fluoride, but when you read the MSDS it?s loaded with Potassium bifluoride or Ammonium bifluoride.

I recently started using phosphoric acid as my tile finish was destroyed many years ago from others using HF & other products. It has been the only thing that I have found that will pull the dirt out of the tile and make it look like new. The only issue that I am now facing is that I would like to find something that can re-seal the tile once clean so that I don't have to keep using harsh chemicals to clean the walls.
